It's official title is "Liverpool Resurgent".<br /><br />From New York, Sir Jacob was renowned for his modern sculpture and controversial works of art. Dickie was first revealed in 1956 by Lord Woolton, and the bronze represents the rebirth of Liverpool after the Second World War.
