The word 'mushroom'

I've a story here, a person that can elaborate into such 'rich' explanations about 'mushroom'.

One day at work, I was talking to Angga, he said something about not to encourage your bf to be too emotional, his friend did and the bf turned from a rock to a marshmallow. So impressive to describe someone as marshmallow. So I asked, then what are you?? Below were his explanations.

Angga: I'm... hm.....

Angga: wait

Angga: I'm mushroom

Jenn: Walau!! I'm in the office man!! (I nearly burst out laughing loudly, luckily I did manage to hold)

Angga: I can be strong, but just a bit at the limit of the mushroom's skin...

Angga: I am so powerful because i have alot of toxin... poisinous.

Angga: That's all I can do...

Angga: Oh, I can be very delicate too... put me in soup or with tofu and the red dot thing, i can be nice dessert..

Angga: cooling, making people happy... but that's all I can do... I'm just a mushroom.

Can you imagine??? reading all these while I was working in an almost pin drop silence office??? It's not the end yet, more to come....

Angga: Now they have found instant seasoning...my function is less needed

Angga: they can replace my physical appearance with artificial flour for vegetarian dishes too
Angga: ne need mushroom, mushroom gone (like so sad...)

Angga: unless.... Sega/Nintendo 64/ wii wants to make a new series of Mario World.... (covering my mouth)

Angga: yeah... that's much more of what I'm worth.. mushroom~

Angga: nyok nyok nyok nyok (nyanyuk?? LOL)

*after so long he was describing 'himself, my turn to say something*

Jenn: so you're the chinese mushroom or button mushroom?

Jenn: or the one in Mario? bright red colour with white dots

Angga: is all me.. I got suit mah... mushroom not so poor you know... can still buy clothes..

*sweat*

Ok, folks, let's give him an applause for being so creative... imagining himself as mushroom. But, thank you for giving me good laughs in that boring working environment.

The arrival of parcel from Netherlands

A couple of weeks back, Henri told me he had sent a parcel to us, I was excited and looking forward..... :)

Today, when mom got home, she said:"eh, the parcel is here, you didn't see?"

I really didn't see.... I wonder where were my eyes... @@

So thoughtful.... he put on names for each can....
and the letters (at the side) are protected with drawing papers...

1 for Mama, 1 for koh koh, 1 for jie jie, 1 for myself, 1 for uncle, 1 for Lulu&Brownnie, 1 for Sisi and husband~

and smelled the fragrance of yours.

When you look straight into my eyes, not saying anything...
I just smiled and looked away...
not because I didn't want to...
I was just afraid...
Afraid that I might do something stupid to scare you away.

And now I'm regretting...
if i did look back,
if we were to connect,
something wonderful might happen.

How I wish there is one day like that again...
that I have the chance to get a hold of you once more...
pamper and protect by you...

and I just couldn't ask for more.

Am I losing my discipline??

Since I started to work in AMM, I make plans for myself on every weekends. Last Saturday, I went to Karak town to help my aunt to do some survey. I was really reluctant, as I hate to approach people and feel bad when people turn me down. But she really needed my help, and I'll get paid, so.... I gave it a shot. It ended up quite fun with my team mates eventually. My aunt, my cousin sis Adelene, Faye Faye and Sam :))

When I was taking a break, I called Zoe. Complaining to her about the weather, the respondents and the place. Then, I asked, where to go tomorrow, instantly, 1U she said. And that was it!!

I told myself that morning to put only 'light' make-up.
It ended up not too 'light'. :P

Zoe, thanks for driving that day. :)

Fyi, we went to the big sales in Tangs on Friday after work. Sunday, went to 1U again.....
Should I say we're lucky we didn't step in to Etude House and look for Alson in Cineleisure?? I think that time would be a disaster and we girls have to eat break everyday or bring bento to work everyday.

Once I got home, mom saw me with the shopping bags and yelled:" You're now ZOE ar???" And Zoe said mom should say, "you're now Jie Jie ar???"
I corrected her, of course I'm not like my Jie Jie, I'm not even 5% of her (shopping time).

I shopped until I left only RM2 in my purse @@
And owing Zoe RM10 (returned today).

let me reveal to you all.... what did I buy...... (only this week)
I haven't showed those that I bought last week....

My doraemon pouch, is not going to put in anymore...
So I have to buy another to substitute it...

But maybe I'm still consider as 'normal' to some people.

So I bought this cute make-up bag from MissT.
After 50% reduction, it cost only RM9.50. :D

Here are my 'prizes'....
2 tops, 3 bras, 5 panties, 1 bikini set (for Bali?) and the cute bag.
This is only the 1st week of the month, and I got these!!
Last month bought 4 tops and 1 dress, 5 make-up items?? Oh! and perfume!! @@ kill me.

This is really so not me.... I guess working in AMM stressed me out and I release it through shopping (and clubbing)??? So so so not good...........

But it's always a good time to go out with Zoe :))

MAGIC essence?

On one fine day.... I walked into this Etude House again....

The cute little salesgirl, kept introducing products to us. You have to understand, she was introducing, not promoting... that's really nice and always successful to 'cheat' us to buy stuff. LOL

So she introduced us this essence, that can help to make your eye lashes grow longer by applying the essence every night before you sleep. The essence contains vitamin that will do the MAGIC. And most importantly, this essence cost only RM19.90, according to her, you can use it for 3-4 months. Very very worth the price if it really does the MAGIC.


I took some pictures of my eye lashes before starting the 'every night routine'. I didn't know my eye looks that way until I took a few pictures. LOL.

Night at Phuture

Saturday night, mom was out from noon.... choir practice and later she had a celebration dinner for their successful performance last week. Nobody cooked for me, so I cooked myself instant noodles that Yen brought back from Thailand.

Mostly vege.
Mom asked me the next morning:" Why did you finish all the cabbage??!!" :P

After the very very contented dinner, rested for a little while, I started to get ready for the party in Phuture later. :)) Angga came back during the weekend, so I planned a blind date for him and Asif (both of them had been longing for a date). So we went to Phuture since we could get VIP seats there.

I want to thank Elaine for sending me and Rachel there, and thank Eva for accompanying Elaine :D
