Tour around Sukhothai Historical Park by bicycle - Part 2

After I had enough of rest and it wasn't that hot anymore, I went out for another adventure - Wat Sri Chum.

But before that, I went to get bus ticket from Sukhothai to Bangkok for the next day.

Same row as Wake Up at Muang Kao Boutique Hotel, walk further down towards 7-11 and look for Win Tour.

Timetable.
It takes 6-8 hours from Sukhothai to Bangkok, depends on the traffic.

The ticket cost THB 239, included 1 bottle of mineral water, biscuits and THB 20 voucher for food.

Filled my stomach before the 2nd adventure.
Thai Iced Tea, all time favourite.

Coconut fried rice! Ooooo~~
Creativity yes, taste.... hmm.... like ketchup fried rice.

2nd adventure route:

Love this tree :)

Wat Sorasak!
Elephants again~

Wat Phra Pai Luang.
After this, will be reaching the famous Buddha~

Met this herd of cows while cycling the RED bicycle!

Arrived! Wat Sri Chum~
Have to pay THB 100 as this is a different park.

The famous Buddha statue~

Gold fingers!

It's so huge!

A smaller one sitting outside.

On the right is where the huge Buddha sits in.

Back to Wat Phra Pai Luang, stayed all alone here till sun set~

Sukhothai, you are beautiful and peaceful.
I will be back and try to conquer Wat Saphan Hin!!

Left Sukhothai the lovely town the next day. The bus station is just a few steps away from the place I stayed, where I bought the tickets from....

Used the THB 20 voucher, topped up another THB 20 and got this bowl of delicious glass noodles~

This was the bus I took~

Bus fare included this packet of cookie too!

If you are not in a rush, taking bus to Bangkok from Sukhothai is really affordable, seats are comfy too.

End of adventurous trip, going to city trip after that, Bangkok and Hua Hin.

Stay tuned!
